I made this bandsaw box to donate to a raffle for our upcoming 51st family reunion (a virtual event this year). Each years raffle helps fund the reunion for the following year. I’m calling this box ‘The Lloyd’ in honor of the family member who gave me the nice piece of zebrawood when he recently retired his woodworking tools. The front and back are zebrawood, the lamination layers are Baltic birch and Sapele mahogany. The design is my adaptation of a commonly built box with a bit of a base added to it.
