Kitchen counter stool

I was working on a set of kitchen counter stools for My son and daughter-in-law. Here is the prototype. As you can see, this stool is made from wine barrel staves. Solid white oak. No swivel on the seat this time

Great curves in the legs and the seat, I would be interested in how you get the curves ?

Looks beautiful, at first look I thought you used a torch to get the burn look. But after reading about the barrel slats, it was yes great idea. Love it
