Muskoka chair

This is the first of these chairs that I have made. I made templates first, and then built it from there. The wood is actually recycled from a house that was torn down. The wood was probably cut around 80 – 90 years ago. The house was where my sister in law grew up, so I will probably give the chair to her. I think the wood is fir, which I really enjoyed working with. I will finish it with 3 coats of spar urethene when I get some time.
