I had some dear friends ask me to build a pretty simple cupcake/cake stand for their wedding. It was for an outdoor wedding at a music festival the groom puts on every year. She just gave me the dimensions of the cake on top and the amount of cupcakes. We decided to break it out to 2 separate stand each holding 200 cupcakes and a cake on top.

I just used plywood and a 4×4 post. I offset the layers so people could better access the back. I thought I had a picture showing that but can’t find it. I hid the support brackets as best I could and finished them off with a coat of stain and then a couple coats of wax. They were happy and it was a fun project for people I love. Whomever made the cupcakes deserves a star! They were divine!!!

This was 1 year ago and I am just now getting it posted. :(
