Finished up these drawers for the new saw. Used plans from Fix This Build That and tweaked them to fit my needs. Slides are 22” full extension and everything is made from scrap 3/4” plywood I had in the shop. This was my first attempt at doing reveals on the drawer fronts and the 2 vertical slides really through me for a loop. Overall it fits the bill, wish I had used birch plywood but it is done and I’m on to the next project.

I know this isn’t a tool review post, but so far I’m pretty happy with the 1023RLX, few small things I don’t like but it is a huge improvement from my old delta contractor right tilt.

Awesome. More please on how you mounted it to that infernal rail that attaches the main base to the wheels to the right, and would love to see what you have going on inside the drawers. Also pleas post specs of the overall size. I would never have guess you had 22” slides inside of there.

Measurements 28” high, 24” deep, 26” wide. The cabinet rests on the U channel that the legs rest in. I used machine screws to to secure the cabinet to the front legs of the extension table and 2 more machine screws into the cross piece that attached the 2 mobile bases together. If I notice that the cabinet moves or is unstable I’m going to put a filler into the u-channel and secure it to the u-channel, then secure the bottom of the cabinet to the filler or add a wheel to the left front of the cabinet to support the weight. I was moving everything around yesterday and didn’t notice any problems.

I purchased plans from :

and tweaked them a little to fit my saw. Wanted to go the entire length of the extension table but with the G1023rl I need to have access to the right side panel to secure the riving knife and splitter.
