We moved in three years ago and grew tired of schlepping the deck chair cushions to the shed every time it was going to rain. Considered buying a plastic box but figured it would be more fun to build a wooden one. Built this using 1×4’s and T1-11 ply siding. Definitely not fine woodworking but it works for us. Only one big issue: it is SO heavy. Thanks for looking.

Looks good and if it works that makes it even better.

You did mention rain…So how does the rain drain off the top of this design?

Thanks Les. Yeah, my wife asked me that same excellent question. I caulked but really considered drainage. Mistakes are learning opportunities!

Sure is attractive for a storage box.
Well done.
