One of my previous projects was a Joker Poker cabinet. It contains 53 envelopes and each envelope holds a card from the card deck. They are number 1-53. One of the cards is a Joker.People buy a number or numbers and one number is picked per week from those that are bought that week. The person who picks the joker gets like 500 dollars.

In any case, part of the numbers are covered up by the cabinet face. So This piece goes on top of the cabinet and as the numbers are picked they are crossed out with a dry erase marker so it is easily determined which numbers are left to select.
