I designed and finished these cabinets a while ago and never finished photographing them until now.
Half of the photos were taken before I made the light box and the clock.
I built this light box, designed the leaded glass and had the glass cut and leaded at a local stained glass shop.
Shown here with light off.
If you look closely you can see the antique reproduction wavy glass I used instead of regular glass.
In this photo you can see the laundry room cabinets I built to match the kitchen.

Absolutely outstanding. What did you use to finish them? That color is wonderful. The hardware and upper glass really compliments the entire project. Having done my own kitchen cabinets I know the amount of work you went to. A fantastic kitchen.

Thanks LeeRoy and Jim.
Bob thanks so much. I mix my own stain from artist oil colors. I’ll have to do a blog on how I mix them.
Then sprayed on 3 coats of lacquer.

Stunning, well done. What materials were used? How long did you take. I’m sure the cook enjoys it too!

Outstanding, it appears no detail was over looked – I noticed 2 clocks, the first one is a replacement for the round one ?

James, you are a better man than I am. I always wanted to redo our kitchen but the thought of it all has always been too overwhelming for me. Superlative results with the design, execution color coordination!

Great looking cabinets. I’ll bet here is a lot of time invested in those cabinets too.
