Just finished some cabinets for my basement bar. I really like the way the bookmatched Ambrosia maple panels turned out.

The Blum soft close bottom mount drawer slides and soft close door hinges are amazing!!

Wow I really like maple cabinet doors. How did you mount the drawer runners for the trash can drawer? Are they on they on the bottom? I’ve been trying to come up with something almost identical for a recycling bin in a very narrow pantry in my kitchen.

Yes, they are mounted “near” the bottom. Still on the face frame, like any other drawer, but I shimmed the bottom to match the height of the face lip. This let me use the holes in the slides to screw it to the bottom of the cabinet. Its 100lb load rated with screws at the face frame and the angled adapter that mounts to the cabinet back, but, why not :)
