Our neighbor liked the birdhouse I made for Mark and got me to make 6 more like it and some robin nesting platforms
Made from their fenceboards from her house! She painted them after the build. The nesting platform is modeled after one I found on amazon. Robins don’t like cavitys for their nesting, they prefer platforms. Like above your porch light, or something like this.

I have two in our yard! Yours look better! Happy to see no resting post at the door! They say it the perch helps attacking predators.
