well another christmas gift from 3 or 4 years ago that i never got around to,but with some extra time i finally get to take it off my to do list.a simple lathe project that took about 4 hours start to finish.something my friend jim jakosh could do with hie eyes closed.wood was cocobolo which is very hard and durable,a great wood for handles.just turned to preference and epoxied on the blade and ferrell.finish is 3 coats gf arm r seal with a final coat of wax.

It’s not that bad pottzy... JimJ doesn’t have to close his eyes… Though you could have touched up that sleeper underneath with a few coats of your arm r seal before unleashing it onto the public.
Next you’ll be telling us those are not plastic flowers.

Personally if the handle was defective, I would have returned the trowel to the vendor back in that 3 or 4 years ago.

Oh looks like Pottzy has been digging up some old projects too.

Everybody must be getting a little bored with the current situation..
If it gets much worse I am actually going to make something.

I think he just bought a kit and put it together? do you think its 304 or 306?

I made something similar but I didn’t use wood so I cannot post it as a project

pottzy, the best garden I ever saw… while being forced into an exercise walk around the block many, many years ago… when exercise was not a dirty four lettered word to me… had an entire front yard poured in concrete , painted green (nice green) with plastic flowers (all bloody roses) set into the concrete around the perimeter…
The dog broke 3 claws trying to dig a poop hole in his lawn. The old man being an unemployed Hungarian Ferncutter, moonlighted as a dog trainer and we didn’t have plastic bags and tongs to carry around back in the 60’s… our doberman was toilet trained.
