Since I recently bought my first scroll saw, a Hegner Multicut 1 with speed control, I had the idea of sawing my own wooden logo for my workshop.
So I started practicing and practicing, until I had the courage to start with the logo. First I printed out my logo and glued it onto a plywood sheet with spray glue. I began with the holes for the saw blade. Step by step I sawed out the individual parts. Then I had to oil all parts.
After that I sawed out the base plate and painted it in BOSCH blue. Then I glued the very very small pieces on the base plate. Wow…..what a bad job…..
But the result made me happy again. Finally, my logo got its new place in my workshop.
Thanks for viewing.
Michael

Fantastic project. I know how tedious scroll saw work is. You, my friend, are a patient and talented person.

Very nice work Michael. Your lettering looks like they came off CNC, but nicer. Now you can skip all of the cost and programming. Great job !

That is a beautiful logo. At first I thought it was laser cut but then you said Hegner!
You can be very proud of that one!
Cheers, Jim
