I made this box for a book I wrote in 2013 called Wooden Boxes.

I usually post everything I make here on Lumberjocks but I forgot to post this one.

For this box I made my own banding out of curly maple and walnut, to layout the
Greek Key corners on the top.

The veneers are Karelian Burl & Quartered Cherry, here is a link for book on Amazon
if you’re interested.

Thank you for looking.

Excellent work, that took a few hours of love. Hope you and Patti are doing well, I’m fine and safe in Florida in my sleepy little town. Hope to see you again someday.

Outstanding! Love the Greek Key – I thought Celtic Knot, but I learned something today.
