Routertable

Quite soon in my wood working evolution I realized that the quality of my projects could be improved by having a routertable. So I googled for cool ideas, watched specs of “real” routertables and after knowing which features I would like to add to my table I built this routertable. After some routing I regret not having built it earlier. I love this tool. I realized two things I wanted to improve: precise adjustment of the fence and precise adjustment of the bit height. So I built a micro-adjuster for the fence, which I will show you in the next project post and the height gauge I have half finished. A router lift would be ideal, but at the moment I don’t have the time to build it.

Thank you, also check the microadjuster project I just published. For me THIS feature was the real gamechanger.
