Small hybrid soap dish turning made from maple burl. Finished with mineral oil and beeswax.

Thanks. I got this idea from an acrylic soap dish that was in my hotel room on one of my previous trips to China. I can’t say that I want to see a wet bar of soap on it, but it’s always nice to be able to identify a possible use for some of these pieces even when I know they will probably just live on shelf somewhere.
