I bought my first drill press a few months ago and I have finally gotten around to making it usable. I mounted it to a 3 drawer cabinet base. Then I made a table for it. Measures 16×28. It’s a piece of laminated mdf and wrapped in some oak scraps. Then I just made a simple fence and am using some small clamps to hold in place. All that is left to do is attach some casters to make it mobile. The drawers are great since they keep all my bits and drivers in one place. I can already tell that the table is going to make using the drill more accurate and definately safer. Thanks for looking.
