Everybody has to make one at some point right. Can even call yourself a woodworker if you haven’t. #skillbuilder

Can anyone tell what types of wood I used. Spoiler I did not use stain on anything.

I love the intarsia look of the tops.
The spline in the miter joint really sets this off.
Nicely done!

The first board has maple and oak squares with walnut around the outside. The Second board is oak and walnut with cherry around the outside. I think I have decided cherry is my new favorite to work with.
