This is my first attempt at one of these and have been amazed at the different versions out there of the project.

This is a very interesting project that uses many different methods using either bandsaw or scroll saw to reach end result
I decided to use walnut and Purple Heart for my ribbon cuts and placed final ribbons on a Curley maple box.

I really dig that ribbon work! The followup sanding sends chills up my fingers, but I suppose bending would work with the right prep.
