Hollow Walnut Vessel

A little hollowed walnut vessel. About 6” in diameter and 3” tall. The spiral texture was gold leafed. The finish is brushed on gloss poly.

Mimi says it looks like a flying saucer! Guess I’m going to have to stop watching those old late-night Sci-Fi movies.

Turned completely with Easy Wood Tools. The spiraling was done with a shop made spiraling tool!

Thanks for looking!

ooo so pretty! Very nice work. A good finish like this makes such a difference.
