As some people know??? Shopsmith all-in-one tool has many small components. To find a good way to organize the storage I built this simple storage box that mounts under the machine. From seeing other designs I created some of my own ideas that fit my needs.
Inside I provided one storage shelf on left to store fence, saw blade guard and other long items. On the right side I added a small drawer for the small items, such as drill chucks, etc. and below that I made a band saw blade caddy. On top is a tray that will allow other misc. items.
I used scrap 3/4” plywood for all construction.
The nice thing about this is, when I roll this out to my driveway in the summer I can can bring everything with me.

That’s one great companion for your shop smith.

Nifty idea, I built one that hangs on a French cleat and used peg board on the back, then a tray on the door with dowels to hold items. I need to add a spot for the lathe tools on the door.
