thank you for the positive comments ,as far as the wood it is cedar and poplar and some black walnut ’’oiled’’ , no i did not buy any plans I hand draw all my own blueprints from scratch and build one piece at a time by hand looking at photos of actual logging equipment . thanks again,scott

Very nice, I did a series on timber equipment but stopped before making one of these. VERY nice.

absolutey stunning – takes a lot of patience with cedar with it being so fragile
