Modified toy Jeep from weekend woodworking plan

Although I am not sure I would just hand it over, this is supposed to be the toy version of the model Jeep. I got the basic plan from a weekend project book. I made a number of modifications and tried to add a bit more detail without going overboard. The wood is a mix of cherry, alder, maple, and a hint of walnut. I used a laser for hood star.

Just thought I’d add that half the fun of building these projects is adding your own touch’s to them.
Find a simple plan then add a bunch a details as you did wonderfully.
