Curley Maple and Mahoney were used for this Christmas gift.
It took most of the construction time building jigs for alignment and assembly.

Cool box Barksavage,
I like the square sided slides and the faceted legs. I also like the contrasting wood you’ve used.
What is very cool to me is the pic of all the jigs you built and used to make this box.

Very nice! I’m sure the recipient will be very pleased. I build several pagoda style jewelry boxes and the difficultie level is far greater than appears. Beautiful!

now thats a cool box build.i dont think ive ever seen drawers done like that,and finding a unique way too do something new in woodworking is not easy.was it something you found or your own creation? nice work.
