Tobacco Sticks

Back in my hometown of Madison, In Tobacco sticks are found on any farm that grows tobacco. These sticks were used to stab tobacco leaves onto and later then hung in barn to dry. Now that the crops not bountiful as before many of these sticks are not used. Since then crafty ideas have developed over the years.
This project I selected are the candled lantern. I made this large item for a friend and the smaller one I made for craft show.

cool idea,my wood supplier has them for sale i always wondered what youd do with them.
