Celtic Knot French Style Rolling Pin: I have made a few of these and not always with great success. This pin “turned” out pretty well, inspite of working in my unheated Minnesota garage/shop. This one is made of African Teak and Maple finished with food grade mineral oil. It is 19 inches long and 1.5 inches in diameter. The Celtic Knot design requires the use of a specialized tablesaw jig and four seperate glue-ups. After the main body is turned, the the three piece endcaps are installed.
