I normally wouldn’t post something so simple but the chatoyance was just to good not to share. Wood is Curly/Ambrosia Maple with Wenge breadboard ends. The ends were left 1/4” thicker to lift main board from table top. I also put a rabbit joint in the ends to increase glue surface.

hey that wood alone is worth sharing,be nice to have about a hundred board feet huh!
