At 4’x2’x34”, with 2 21”x22”x6” drawers with overtravel slides, (I could almost take a nap in them), this is a small bench for the wifee’s paint room. She wanted a top to do some stuff on, with a little bit of storage. Again, not a “fine-woodworking” project, it came out better than I thought. Oh, also, a little bit o paint, some cherry stain and a couple o coats o poly as the finish. Made with 2×4’s, 3/4 and 1/2” plywoods, plenty of pocket screws and glue, and a box store counter top. All comments, good/bad/or ugly will be well received…...................lol I love that part… haha Thnx for checkin in. Like always, Keep those dust collectors fed, cuz they’re pretty hungry.

Obviously ot will work for your wife. Good form and function. Always great to see a finished project; especially if it is your own. Great job, Roger.

That bench will be very handy in the paint room Roger. If your wife doesn’t fill up those big drawers then you can start using them. Nice job.

Nice work Roger. This should earn you a years worth of brownie points. I like the construction methods you used. Very Sturdy, and yet reasonably quick to make. Perfect for a project like this.
