A new design with resin

I’ve been busy creating again. This time I tried to get a rainbow/multi colored resin and incorporate it into a couple lamps. Of course I didn’t get construction pictures but there are a few mid-way.
In picture 5 above please note the extra ring added to the bottom of the lamp shade, I actually used the RM for it’s designed purpose in that I cut a ring off a walnut board and attached it after the rest of the shade was glued up.
Again, each lamp has a remote controlled multi colored LED.
below are a few process and finished pictures

Comments are welcome as well as improvement suggestions
Thanks for looking

Dick,
Beautiful craftsmanship here, these lamps are fantastic. It’s easy to tell when a craftsman enjoys his work, it shows in his beautiful creations.

Good Morning Jerry, Thanks – Sometimes I wake up with thoughts in my head about how to do something. So I guess I’m not sure when I really sleep lol

These are such great looking lamps. You really know how to get that resin to show it’s beauty. Nice work.

Thanks Dave – It seems every day is an adventure.
I had some walk in traffic for other items the other day and they saw the shades on the table curing and both sold before I had the bases made. I guess I’m too cheap

Thanks Brian -
btw – I sent the video of your home made RM to Sasha in Russia. He’s determined to make bowls like mine and you and he have a lot in common – “genious”

Beautiful, decorative master craftsmanship Dick….
I like the ability to change the light colour to suit the desired mood…
