I am in charge of preparing individual tables. They are the ones we normally use here for “asado”.
As I did not get hardwood to make it in one piece … I had to laminate.
That’s why I went to the local warehouse; look for all the pieces of hardwood I found, then just go through the planer to try to have a similar thickness when working. I could not say what wood they are, since neither the seller knew because they are mostly remains.
Subsequently cut into pieces of 25 cm to have the least waste. These pieces were arranged so as to achieve the necessary measure, which would be 25 cm * 25 cm. Gluing and pressing, add a few small dowels to help resistance (I hope it supports the use … at least for a while!)
The finished is with beeswax.
I send you a big hug and see you next time!
