More wood turning projects. THe bowl and larger tree are walnut and maple. The small christmas tree and shot glass are cocobolo (i think).

I might have to try making a tree like that for the impending holiday. I saw a cool technique a while back where someone turned a tree like that and for the topper, they turned the profile of the star. If looked pretty odd after turning until they flattened 2 sides of the star (front and back). I don’t remember if they just used a saw or a rasp or something.
