This little Hollow form my second attempt at Cosmic Clouds coloring.
Earlier this month I had attended a wood turning demo with Pat Carroll.
Amazing demo, and you can check out his work here.
In the days before the demo, I had been on Pats web site looking at some of his work. And had spotted
a little hollow form that I liked. During a break I talked to him about it, and he pointed me towards another turner,
Gary Lowe, who I believe did this sort of coloring 1st.
Here is a link to his You tube channel.

So the wood I used I call FOG, (Found On Ground) left overs from a tree trimmer.
And the process uses a Black lacquer base, with iridescent acrylic paint, and topped with clear gloss lacquer.

the finial is Walnut, that I ebonized with a vinegar and steel wool mixed stain.
And the Holow Form is about 8” tall.
