Dove tails good, but Domino joinery I dislike.

thats a pretty sweet cabinet. the drawer face has an interesting grain pattern you don’t normally see in maple. The joinery looks good too, you can’t see the dominos :) krenov used dowels anyway, so it’s totally appropriate lol.
I built a cabinet around this size. Unless you’re used to dealing with solid back furniture like this, it’s surprisingly heavy!

You’re spot on, Aaron, about the weight. I on purpose kept the slats thin, but there was a limit on how thin they could go because of the beading.

Really nice joints. Nice cabinet. I use old playing cards as spacers.
