This is a project I have been planning for many years. I was loaned a Navistar 7.3 liter Diesel engine several years ago and was granted permission to keep parts from it after I taught students to disassemble and reassemble the engine. I found the need for a lecturn to travel between my 3 different classrooms. I used maple ply, solid cherry and solid maple for the construction. Rockler push to open drawer slides and General Finishes Arm r seal satin finish.

I turned a custom handle/plug to lock the slide out on the right to hold my document camera. I need to design a cup holder or hanging hook for my Nalgene water bottle based on my first day of use findings.
