A couple more Cutting Boards

I return for a favor she did for me, my sister had asked me to make her a square cutting board that she could use for cutting pizza. What you see here is the result. The second one used up the remainder of the stock I had prepared, and went as a housewarming gift for my in-laws. Both are end-grain cutting boards made from cherry, hickory, maple, walnut, sapelle, wenge, and purpleheart.

They are both great but I really like the design and colors on the second one. Very pleasing colors and pattern.

A fine job indeed and a really fine gift to give! End grain makes the best cutting board… Nice work!
