100 year old piece of pine

I’ve had this piece of pine for awhile in the garage. Decided to turn it into one of my lake pieces. It is 2.5” thick and has over 100 growth rings on it. Some tongue oil and semi gloss poly made the grain pop. Living the dream in retirement on Lake Gaston with tons of sawdust in my garage! Thanks for looking…

I really like this sign and the idea behind it. It sure gives me motivation to make one for our place on the lake. Well done.

Really cool! Good thing you posed next to it in the last shot – I was imagining this to be 4 ft tall!

Awesome work. I thought that looked familiar. Did some camping there this past summer!

I like that “Lake Time” concept, sounds pretty relaxing.
