This is a project I made for school. It is the first project I’ve ever put hand-cut dovetails in (though I did a lot of practice pieces before hand). Overall I think the stool turned out pretty great. Nothing fancy just some nice joinery.

Fantastic work! That cherry makes a nice looking stool and the dovetails are as tightly fitted as anyone could ask for :-))

Southern Alberta Institute of Technology I do believe, Southern area of Alberta where as here in the North we have a NAIT! South is the Rich and entitled while up north we have the poor working Rednecks:)
Our Northern Alberta Wood Workers Guild has there monthly meetings at the NAIT Campus.(Or local Bar depending on attendance)

Good idea and design.

I recently got a PantoRouter and have been looking for projects to use it on. This is ideal and my 9 & 11 years old grandsons can make it using my new “toy”.

Well done dovetails, very handy these are to have around
