Various wooden letters for various purposes :

Arrow – oak 50cm long, 2.5cm wide, 13mm thick – finish wood oil
K, S, R – 50cm height, 10mm plywood – spray coloured and sealed with laquer
PAVLE/date – walnut, 42mm height, 10mm thick – wood oil
K – 20cm height, 4cm total glued plywood – finish wood oil

Hah! I agree with Dave, after doing the entire alphabet, you need to venture into all the different fonts!

I’m impressed how you never have chunks missing from dropping or mis-cutting. I never could do so many without a large pile of scrap parts.
