Christmas Ornament

I was asked to do a demonstration on how to make an ornament at my wood turning club. I never made a Christmas ornament so I did a practice piece to figure out the process. This is made from maple, walnut, and black veneer. It is a segmented ornament with pyrography designs. Colored with india ink markers. Sprayed with shellac.
