Having a lot of fun building home made string instruments generically referred to as cigar box guitars. Others have used the Oreo design on small projects. I decided to upsize it to make a body for this four string electric guitar. Used a cNc to make the body.

I can’t play a guitar/banjo worth a hoot. Maybe I would have better luck playing an oreo?

Crazy fun trying.

Thanks for posting.

Very nice job. Very original. I use to do the cigar box guitars and Ukes. Very fun hobby for sure. I have about 25 cigar boxes left over.

Have you posted that on Cigar Box Nation?
