Live edge table

I had matching pieces of live edge maple in the shop for a few years. During a cleanup, I decided it was time for it to become something useful.
Many hours of sanding followed by 7 coats of semi gloss poly, rubbing between coats. It now sits in our entrance hallway.

That’s putting that live edge to good use. Well done.

Wow! That’s really stunning wood. Glad to see that you have given it a prominent location in your home.

Glad you added that photo. Gives a better view of the position of the feet and spindled. I like it even better now than I did the first time around .

Bravo, I’m not jealous but it would like to find something like this piece of wood in my shop. Very well done.
