Hello everybody. Today I want to expose to view new work – end grain cutting board. I decided to make the classic version. I used laser graver

Just my opnion, but I think picture, engraving distracts from an otherwise nice board?

A little too “busy” for my tastes. The board itself is awesome, but the engraving detracts from fine workmanship. The engraving would be better seen on a lighter colored wood such as Maple. Keep up the good work. : )

I too like to make cutting boards. However, too many of my board gifts have been received with “but its too pretty to use” So I’ve moved toward more simple, yet nice looking designs with the explicit instructions that it is intended to be used! If you want to preserve the niceness, use only the one side for cutting and reserve the other side for looking at.
