A coworker of mine commissioned this box for glass storage for stained glass project prices. It’s super simple 3/4 ply with dowel joints and thru dados for 1/4 ply dividers which were shaped to allow for easy access. The dividers are a snug fit, but are not glued if the need ever arises for taking them out. Wasn’t even aloud to finish it but it’s nice to have something handmade appreciated and getting use. Interior dimensions are 14×14x24

Great job on this design. I really like the notches in the dividers! Makes it easy to see the color and get a hold of the glass easier. I will have to build a couple of those but I think they will need to be larger. I still haven’t unpacked my glass since moving but I think most of the pieces are bigger than 14”...
Thanks for sharing!

Nice job. I wondered between the title, and then reading text why does a woodworker possibly need that much glass??? I can see a stained glass artist would.

Thanks for posting, this would be the prototype for saw blade, sandpapers sheet, and so many other types of storage.
