Very neat.
I like the removable sides well too. I am sure that feature will come in to use sometime and be VERY handy when you need it!

Looks good Scott, however dont leave it out in the rain, as there is a possibility it may delaminate.
Was there any manufacturers rating stamps on it anywhere? That will be a guide, failing that leave an off cut outside and water it with the garden hose over a few days to tell if its actually waterproof
