A cabinet door for customer in Scripps Ranch,CA. I really couldn’t figure out how the existing cabinets were constructed. They were original to the house and from the 1970’s. The best way I could describe them is plywood face with a beveled edge banding and mitered corners. I ended up just jointing 3 pieces of Pine and edge routing the panel to get a similar look. Did my best to matching existing stain. Sealed with 3 coats poly. Customer was happy.
