Looks great, just wondering how the handle is attached? Havn’t tried D.T.s in Fir but I known Pine is a challenge!

The handle is glued and pinned in. Dovetails in Douglas fir are easy just have sharp tools.

Eye catching tool box. Good way to subtly show off your skills to prospective customers.

Love it. What is the use though? It appears loaded with bench tools for furniture making – do you take it to job sites to touch up/repair? My old carpenter’s box is full of framing tools (level, square, tape, chalk, saw, work chisel etc).

Blue Ridge Dog, this is only one of many toolboxes I use. I do a lot of timber frame and wanted my most used hand tools easily accessible right at the saw horses for adjusting joints . Those saws are a 6 tpi ripper and a 7tpi cross so they are not as dainty as the photo looks.

Lovely tool box.
Fine work and a worthy place, for some nice tools.
