Zoom Pictures

In putting a bar in the basement I needed to add lighting. I wanted to keep with the wildlife theme of the bar. So, I decided that an eagle with a background would be a nice way to brighten up the area and add to the motif of the bar area. The frame is 32 inches high by 23 niches wide. The eagle was drawn on a sheet of luan and cut out with a jig saw. That is backed by a sheet of 1/4 inch plexiglass. There is a string of lights fastened to the inside of the frame along with the controller and an electric eye which is positioned on the bottom and drilled to through the plexiglass and luan so the remote control can be used. The back uses another piece of luan with the forest waterfall scene and secured with heavy duty staples much like a picture would be fastened. The end result is a lighted picture that can be programmed to transition light colors or stay on one color. There are 110 possibilities.

I think that looking at it from a 90 degree turn; it is fantastic. The picture dose seem to need the turn though.
