Project Information

I had to do something today. I've had a piece on the lathe for the better part of a month. It's been sitting there, mocking me in that, every time I go near it, it changes its mind about what it wants to be. So, today, being a day that was turning out to be a dismal failure in terms of making a living, I came home and took that piece off the lathe, leaving it attached to the faceplate, and looked around for something to do. I have some pen kits and this pen/pencil kit; I have some blanks; I have a nagging urge to accomplish something. And, now, I have a pen and pencil set.

Pen and Pencil Set. Bubinga it is. Pen is Satin Nickel and the Pencil is Gold.

Thank you. And, I apologize.

A lovely set of fraternal twins - similar but not identical. Is there a problem with my computer screen? The pen looks more golden and the pencil looks more satin finish.

I'm sure the piece that was mocking you will make up its mind about what it wants to be eventually. Listen to the wood and let the fresh air clear the car exhaust fumes from your head.

Thanks for posting.
