This is a Spalted Birch Floating top coffee table I put together. It measures 44” long x 20” wide and stands 17 1/2” tall. It was a fun project to build.

I love the shape of those legs! Very neat! the heavy stretchers so far below the table do a great job of selling the floating illusion. Beautiful slab for the top.

Beautiful! I love the combination of the massiveness and the floating top.

Very pretty! And a dang good-sized piece of birch, too! Excuse me, I have to go wipe up the drool now.

Wow. great design and execution. I really like it. Are you leaving it natural or will it have a finish?

This is an excellent design and execution, congratulations on craftsmanship well done.
If I might ask, how did you fasten the top to the base?

The craftsmanship and design are excellent, and the figure in that wood—to paraphrase Dave—is definitely drool-worthy.
