You’ve done an excellent job on your project cvalley. I like that you’ve shown a before and after stain picture. It’s always a pleasure to see wood grain come to life. Well done.

Very very nice,
I was wondering how you did your drawer carcass? In one of the pics I can see what looks like exposed dowels at the back of the drawer, not sure.
Kind Regards

I build lots of dressers and everyone asks me if I build drawers with dovetail joints, and I have to ask you to.
Nice work even if you didn’t.

Hi Mark thanks for viewing and commenting. Too bad they only allow 6 pictures. I could have shown more details.

Hi anthm27 thanks for viewing and commenting. I think what you are seeing is the inside of either half blind or through dovetails. As you can see if you checked out my workshop and other projects you can see I use the Incra Lead screw precision fence and table system which make dovetails a snap.

Hi Doug thanks for viewing and commenting. I use Dovetails exclusively. Sometimes Through and sometimes Half Blind. I think these are half blind dovetails. If you check out my workshop you’ll see I use the Incra Router Table Precision system which make dovetails a breeze. I’ve even done well with double dovetails.
