Finally got around to finishing my little mans keepsake box. It is made of red oak with pine as a secondary wood on the drawer. He will use it as a beyblade stadium and storage for now.

Thanks Steve. I’m definitely getting better with each set I do. My son loves beyblades too. I figured that is as good a use for it as any at the moment (now they won’t be all over the house).

Nice clean tight lines, Tails look great! Have no idea what the Heck beyblades are!

Thanks Andre. Been using a different method of dimensioning my stock by hand that is getting me to the joinery phase much faster (just flatten and square one face and edge of each board, do all your joinery and glue up.Then just cleanup the outside faces with a plane. I was spending way too much time trying to be a “machine” and 4 square each board. Ha….beyblades are basically fancy spinning tops with interchangeable parts.


Nice clean tight lines, Tails look great! Have no idea what the Heck beyblades are!
